FAQ

Q. Do you look after guinea pigs and rabbits living together?

A. No, we only look after rabbits. If you have a rabbit and guinea pig living together you should seek advice from a reputable rescue as this is really not an ideal combination.

Q. I have house rabbits. Is your outdoor accommodation warm enough for them?

A. It should be yes. Obviously it depends a little on how cold it is outside and how warm you have your house. The kennels are heated by 2 tubular heaters which provide a nice background warmth. The kennels are insulated to keep the warmth (or cool) in. We can also provide snuggle safes for an extra source of local warmth. We monitor kennel temperature at least twice a day. Some clients cool the temperature of their house in the month running up to boarding so it's a bit less of a change for their bunnies.

What people say...

"Just wanted to say a big thank you for looking after our buns Pancake & Harriet whilst we were away for a long weekend. It was fab you could look after them at our house. Pancake was no doubt grateful to have avoided another car journey given his head tilt and leaving them in their own familiar surroundings made me more comfortable leaving him when he wasn't 100% well. Your text updates were also a really sweet touch. We're also especially grateful for you feeding Frank the fish while we were away, and calling me when his pump failed after a powercut, so we could get it sorted. I'm not sure he'd have survived otherwise, so thank you. This was above and beyond, you are a star! "
